What is sensitive information?

o      illnesses and/or diseases.

o      bone mass;

o      your metabolic rate; and

We may collect these types of sensitive information from you or third parties such as via fitness trackers including heart rate monitors, body composition analyzers and APIs where we use this as part of our services.

–    to assess whether you may participate in our gym or any of our programs;

–    to enable us to provide our Services to you;

–    to track your fitness progress;

–    to select workout programs suitable for you;

–    to refer you to medical professionals, including our no gap sports physiotherapist or your surgeon;

–    to refer you to medical or health service providers in emergency circumstances where it is impractical for us to obtain your consent (such as if you get injured at the gym and we need to call an ambulance for you); and

–    if authorized or required by applicable law.

Your rights and controlling your personal information

If you provide personal information to us, you understand we will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You do not have to provide personal information to us, however, if you do not, it may affect your use of our Services.

If you are a third party providing personal information about somebody else, you represent and warrant that you have such person’s consent to provide the personal information to us.
